{"id":4473,"date":"2011-12-30T11:34:59","date_gmt":"2011-12-30T03:34:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chrislee.pro\/?p=2413"},"modified":"2011-12-30T11:34:59","modified_gmt":"2011-12-30T03:34:59","slug":"social-security-numberssn-survival-in-eugene-u-of-o-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chrislee.pro\/?p=4473","title":{"rendered":"Social Security Number(SSN) &#8211; Survival in Eugene &#038; U of O"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u793e\u6703\u5b89\u5168\u865f\u78bc\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u9280\u884c\u4e5f\u8981\u554f\uff0c\u8fa6\u624b\u6a5f\u4e5f\u8981\uff0c\u79df\u623f\u5b50\u4e5f\u8981\u554f\uff0c\u5b78\u6821\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e5f\u8981\u554f\uff0c\u7e3d\u4e4b\u626f\u5230\u9322\u7684\uff0c\u90fd\u8981!\u5728\u6211\u7b2c\u4e00\u5929\u5230Eugene\uff0c\u8981\u53bbUS Bank\u958b\u6236\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u9047\u5230SSN\u7684\u554f\u984c\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u5176\u5be6\u6c92\u6709SSN\u4e5f\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u958b\u6236\u7684\uff0c\u8981\u7c3dW-7\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u9280\u884c\u5e33\u6236\u3002\u53ef\u662f\u842c\u4e00\u5df2\u7d93\u6709SSN\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d70\u6c92\u6709SSN\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684(\u9280\u884c\u884c\u54e1\u5f88\u8a8d\u771f\u5730\u89e3\u91cb\u9019\u4ef6\u4e8b)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ebb\u7169\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6211\u6709\u6c92\u6709SSN\uff0c\u66f4\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u9084\u6c92\u4eba\u78ba\u8a8d\u6211\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e4b\u524d\u5728\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u6211\u8a66\u8457\u53bb\u627e\u4e4b\u524d\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u66f4\u8a66\u8457\u53bb\u627e\u6211\u7684SSN card\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u4e00\u76f4\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u4e00\u5fd9\u5c31\u5fd8\u4e86\u5f8c\u7e8c\u53bb\u8ffd\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u5230\u4e86\u7f8e\u570b\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ef6\u5927\u4e8b\u5c31\u5361\u5728SSN\u4e0a\uff0c\u5bc4\u5bbf\u5bb6\u5ead\u9084\u6253\u5230Social Security Administration\u53bb\u554f\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u5c0d\u65b9\u7d66\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u662f&#8221;\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u6c92\u9047\u904e\u9019\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u8acb\u5230local office\u8655\u7406&#8221;\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65bc\u662f\u6211\u53ea\u597d\u548cUS Bank\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u6709SSN\u5f8c\u6703\u4f86\u88dc\uff0c\u5148\u5e6b\u6211\u8dd1\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u6253\u96fb\u8a71\u56de\u53f0\u7063\u6c42\u63f4\u3002\u6253\u56de\u5bb6\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5abd\u8aaa\u4ed6\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5168\u5bb6\u90fd\u6709SSN\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u5361\u7247\u8dd1\u54ea\u53bb\u4e86\u3002\u6211\u548c\u6211\u5abd\u8aaa\u81f3\u5c11\u8981\u5e6b\u6211\u627e\u51faSSN\u78bc\uff0c\u6211\u624d\u597d\u53bb\u88dc\u8fa6\u4e00\u5f35\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u4e86\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u5abd\u5f9e\u6211\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6aa2\u67e5\u55ae\u5b50\u4e0a\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u4f86\u4e00\u7d44SSN\u78bc\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u78ba\u8a8d\uff0c\u6211\u9084\u662f\u53bb\u4e86\u8d9fEugene\u7684Social Security office\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u9019\u7d44\u865f\u78bc\u9084\u771f\u7684\u662f\u6211\u7684SSN\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u8981\u6c42\u8981\u88dc\u767c\u4e00\u5f35SSN\u5361\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u7adf\u7136\u88ab\u4ee5\u76ee\u524d\u6c92\u6709\u5de5\u4f5c\u56de\u7d55\u4e86 = =\uff0c\u53ea\u7d66\u4e86\u6211\u4e00\u5f35printout\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u5f35printout\u4e5f\u6c92\u6cd5\u7576\u4f5c\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u8b49\u660e\u3002Social Security Administration\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u4e5f\u6709\u5beb\u5230:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>If you do not have permission to work:<\/strong> Lawfully admitted noncitizens can get many benefits and services without a Social Security number. You do not need a number to conduct business with a bank, register for school, apply for educational tests, obtain private health insurance, apply for school lunch programs or apply for subsidized housing. You cannot get a Social Security number for the sole purpose of obtaining a driver\u2019s license.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u77e5\u9053\u6211\u7684SSN\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c31\u50cfSocial Security Administration\u7db2\u7ad9\u8aaa\u7684\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fa6\uff0c\u79df\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u8fa6\u624b\u6a5f\uff0c\u5b78\u6821\u8a3b\u518a\u2026etc\uff0c\u7562\u7adf\u5927\u591a\u6578\u90fd\u53ea\u8981\u586bSSN\u78bc\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u771f\u7684\u9a57\u4f60\u7684\u5361\u7247\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u662f\u4e0d\u62ff\u5230replacement\u5361\uff0c\u7e3d\u89ba\u5f97\u4e0d\u653e\u5fc3\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u5b78\u6821\u627e\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u8dd1replacement\u5361\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002Social Security Administration\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u5beb\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u5305\u62ec:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If you are an F-1 or M-1 student, you also must show us your I-20,<em> Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Provide a letter from your designated school official that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies you;<\/li>\n<li>Confirms your current school status; and<\/li>\n<li>Identifies your employer and the type of work you are, or will be, doing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also need to see evidence of that employment, such as a recent pay slip or a letter from your employer. Your supervisor must sign and date the letter. The letter must describe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your job;<\/li>\n<li>Your employment start date;<\/li>\n<li>The number of hours you are, or will be, working; and<\/li>\n<li>Your supervisor&#8217;s name and telephone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u4e0a\u9762\u8b1b\u9019\u9ebc\u591a\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u53ea\u6709\u5169\u5f35\u55ae\u5b50\u800c\u5df2\u3002I-20\u548cU of Oregon Internation Affiars office\u767c\u51fa\u7684 &#8220;F-1 Social Security Verification&#8221; form\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5f35form\u771f\u7684\u6298\u9a30\u6211\u5f88\u4e45\u624d\u641e\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5f88\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6c92\u4eba\u77e5\u9053\u8981\u586b\u9019\u5f35\u55ae\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8058\u6211\u7684U of Oregon Global Education\u4e5f\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u6c92\u6709SSN\u5b78\u751f\u8981\u600e\u9ebc\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u6211\u53bb\u627eInternational Affair\uff0c\u627e\u4e86International Affair\u5f8c\uff0c\u6ac3\u53f0\u8aaa\u8981\u7b495\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u7d66\u6211\u4e00\u5f35\u8b49\u660e\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5967\u52d2\u5ca1\u5927\u5b78\u6253\u5de5\u7684\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u53bb\u88dc\u8fa6SSN\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b49\u4e865\u5929\u5f8c\uff0c\u62ff\u5230International Affair\u7d66\u7684\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u8001\u534a\u5929\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6eff\u8db3&#8221;We also need to see evidence of that employment&#8221;\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u554a?
