First, download the “Microsoft AppLocale Utility” from here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Then,double click on the “apploc.msi” file.<\/p>\n

You will see a window like this<\/p>\n

\nThen,Press “R” to install.<\/p>\n

Press next to confirm install,and choose the “I agree” to go to the next step.<\/p>\n

Wait for the install to complete…<\/p>\n

Then press next to comfirm the install is complete.<\/p>\n

Go to Start–>Program files–>Microsoft AppLocale–>AppLocale<\/p>\n

If you can’t find the location,here is a snapshot of the directory<\/p>\n

Then click on the “AppLocale” to start the program, click “N” to the next step,<\/p>\n

You will see a window like this<\/p>\n

Press “R” to choose the file that needs to be use.<\/p>\n

Then find the “2_epass_inst.exe” file, then press “N”.<\/p>\n

Choose the Lanauge that the program is suppose to run under(In this case “\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e”)<\/p>\n

Then Click “N” for next step.You will see a window like this.<\/p>\n

This window is for you to choose whether to setup a permanent link or not.<\/p>\n

Because we will only use this “Install file” once, we dont need to check on the box.<\/p>\n

Click on “\u5b8c\u6210” to finish.<\/p>\n

Then setup of the SecureTicket will start.<\/p>\n

After finishing the Installation,execute the applocale program again<\/p>\n

to setup a permanent link for “epasssvc.exe”<\/p>\n

After you click “N”, you will see a window asking to choose the file.<\/p>\n

Choose the file epasssvc.exe under “C:Program FilesSecureTicketClientService(ePass)”<\/p>\n

Then click “N”, you will see the window asking if you want to setup permanent link.<\/p>\n

Check the box to setup the permanent link.Click “\u5b8c\u6210” to finish.<\/p>\n

Then Go to Start–>Program files–>Microsoft AppLocale–>AppLocale<\/p>\n

You will see a new icon in the Microsoft AppLocale directory.Like this:<\/p>\n

Click on the “epasssvc” file to let the SecureTicket work functionally.<\/p>\n

PS: The original file will still be there,but only the file in AppLocale will work functionally.<\/p>\n
