First, download the “Microsoft AppLocale Utility” from here.

Then,double click on the “apploc.msi” file.

You will see a window like this

Then,Press “R” to install.

Press next to confirm install,and choose the “I agree” to go to the next step.

Wait for the install to complete…

Then press next to comfirm the install is complete.

Go to Start–>Program files–>Microsoft AppLocale–>AppLocale

If you can’t find the location,here is a snapshot of the directory

Then click on the “AppLocale” to start the program, click “N” to the next step,

You will see a window like this

Press “R” to choose the file that needs to be use.

Then find the “2_epass_inst.exe” file, then press “N”.

Choose the Lanauge that the program is suppose to run under(In this case “日本語”)

Then Click “N” for next step.You will see a window like this.

This window is for you to choose whether to setup a permanent link or not.

Because we will only use this “Install file” once, we dont need to check on the box.

Click on “完成” to finish.

Then setup of the SecureTicket will start.

After finishing the Installation,execute the applocale program again

to setup a permanent link for “epasssvc.exe”

After you click “N”, you will see a window asking to choose the file.

Choose the file epasssvc.exe under “C:Program FilesSecureTicketClientService(ePass)”

Then click “N”, you will see the window asking if you want to setup permanent link.

Check the box to setup the permanent link.Click “完成” to finish.

Then Go to Start–>Program files–>Microsoft AppLocale–>AppLocale

You will see a new icon in the Microsoft AppLocale directory.Like this:

Click on the “epasssvc” file to let the SecureTicket work functionally.

PS: The original file will still be there,but only the file in AppLocale will work functionally.

And the epasssvc.exe won’t run itself, you have to execute it manually.
